Expert leadership bridging frontline experience with organizational resilience

Leadership Team

PJ Jones, MBA

Co-Founder | Director of Trauma-Informed Training & Workforce Resilience
Chief Learning Architect, White Label Labs

PJ Jones brings over a decade of experience across mental health services, child welfare, and adult and youth case management — informed by both professional leadership and lived experience.

Before becoming a trainer and organizational leader, PJ is a survivor of childhood trauma, teen homelessness, and adult intimate partner abuse. She has navigated systems not only as a case manager and supervisor, but also as a client — giving her a rare, comprehensive understanding of how trauma is experienced, managed, and often misunderstood within service environments.

Professionally, PJ has worked across frontline and management roles in high-demand settings where chronic stress, secondary trauma, and emotional overload are routine. This dual perspective — client, practitioner, and leader — shapes every aspect of her work.

As Chief Learning Architect, PJ leads the design of White Label Labs' trauma-informed, practice-based training programs. Her approach centers on equipping professionals with concrete skills to regulate stress, sustain compassion, set healthy boundaries, and remain effective in emotionally complex roles — without sacrificing their well-being or professionalism.

PJ's work bridges lived experience and evidence-informed practice, ensuring that training is grounded in reality, immediately applicable, and respectful of both staff capacity and organizational responsibility. Her leadership reflects a deep understanding of nervous system regulation, workforce sustainability, and the structural conditions required for teams and missions to thrive under pressure.
